Phönix I

Watching all those decent frames slowly rust away is a sad thing to witness; it gave birth to a new project, Phönix. Giving a new life to old bicycles sometimes calls for a new paint job. To protect frames and give them a fresher look, they are carefully but thoroughly sandblasted before being covered with PU paint and varnish. This bicycle used to wear Veneto branding on a black and white paint job. Time and countless rides up and down the mountains surrounding Chambery had left some marks on it; I decided to give it a fresh and durable look.
